Co-Leader Roles

Hi Folks,

I've been mulling over the past weeks each individual roles for our co-leaders and have reached to a conclusion below.

@Harrison/Joey: Interim Leaders
Shared responsibilities whenever i'm not present in the chat / am away.
What they say goes and act as mediators whenever there is an argument/issue between members.
(Remember to see this objectively by avoiding favouritism).

@Rob: War Strategist
In charge of starting wars and choosing members based on their performances both defensively and attacks.
Please direct your desire to participate / possible absence in war to Rob.
When starting wars, please take into account the time difference (if possible).

@Otter: War Co-Ordinator
In charge of deciding who attacks what base during the latter stages of war to get optimum amount of stars.
To prioritise winning over loot unless the win is guaranteed. If absent from war, either I or Rob will take the role.

@Glowcookie & Robert: Head of Recruiting
To oversee the recruitment - if an elder/co invites a new member, please see the level of their collectors, defences, walls as an indicator whether they're trying maxing or not. Also, please take into account the total amount of donations they have as we don't want leeches in the clan.
Additionally, please monitor inactive users and flag with the rest of the team as to whether we should kick/not.
